Kaitlyn de Luna

Kaitlyn De Luna currently serves as the Sr People Success Business Partner for Engineering at LendingClub, a position held since January 2025. Prior to this role, Kaitlyn was with Niantic, Inc. from July 2021 to September 2024, holding several leadership positions including Lead People Partner for Engineering, Product & UX/Design, and Business Operations. Kaitlyn managed HR functions for leadership teams supporting over 300 employees globally and reported to the VP of Talent Management. Before that, Kaitlyn worked at Ferguson Enterprises as an HR Business Partner for Northern California & Northern Nevada, overseeing HR for over 1000 associates. Early career experience includes roles at people2people and Bay Area Community Resources, where Kaitlyn was an HR Generalist and served as the Interim HR Director. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Sociology from The University of Queensland.
