Karla M Domínguez

Karla M Domínguez possesses extensive experience in design and user experience, currently serving as a Design Manager at LendingClub since October 2021, following a tenure as a Sr. Product Designer. Prior to LendingClub, Karla held the position of Sr. Product Designer at Globant, where involvement included deep UX design and significant project coordination, notably for National Geographic News. Previous roles include Sr. UX/UI Studio Lead at Accenture México, where management skills were honed while leading a team of 16, and Head of Design at Crowd Interactive, where mentoring took place. Karla began a career in web design at T-Mobile and further developed skills at Softtek, GE, and other organizations, culminating in a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from Universidad Iberoamericana and a French language certification from Odyssea.
