Nicole Thompson

Nicole Thompson currently serves as a People Success Business Partner at LendingClub, a position held since November 2024. Prior experience includes working as an HR Business Partner at Codexis, Inc. from July 2021 to November 2024. Nicole demonstrated leadership skills as President of the University of St Andrews Water Polo Club, where prior committee roles enhanced the ability to manage effectively.
