Ketan Sali

Ketan Sali is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in customer support and financial operations. Currently serving as a Senior Process Manager at Lendingkart since July 2023, Ketan has established effective customer support operations and optimized omnichannel workflows. Prior roles include Operations Manager at Hexaware Technologies, where Ketan directed a large-scale team to achieve high financial accuracy, and Operations Project Manager at Iksula, achieving notable revenue and margin improvements.
