Simon Merot, PMP®, is an accomplished professional in program and project management with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Program Management at LendingUSA since March 2018, Simon spearheads generative AI projects aimed at enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency while managing project priorities and resources. Previously, Simon held roles as a Senior Project Manager and IT Project Manager, leading teams and executing projects effectively. Prior experiences include managing IT and organizational projects at ISN Global Enterprises and the Croix-Rouge luxembourgeoise, where Simon focused on process improvement and client satisfaction. With a Master's in Management from SKEMA Business School and additional academic credentials, Simon possesses a strong foundation in business management and administration.
