Drake Hale

Drake Hale is a skilled professional with a diverse background in recruitment, sales management, and aviation operations. Currently serving as a Recruiter at Balboa Capital since August 2023, Drake has also held the position of Regional Sales Manager. With ongoing experience as an Aviation Operations Specialist in the Utah Army National Guard since March 2019, responsibilities include conducting tests and activities to ensure efficient flight operations.
