Joe Vera

Joe Vera is a seasoned professional in sales management and revenue optimization, currently serving as a Revenue Performance Manager at Lendio since July 2017. In this role, Joe focuses on enhancing key metrics and driving goal attainment through data-driven strategies. Previously, Joe held the position of Sales Floor Manager - New Originations, overseeing a team of 80 loan officers and significantly improving the team's performance through structured training programs and collaboration with underwriting and risk management teams. Joe's extensive experience also includes positions as a Sales Team Lead and Account Executive, with earlier career roles at Shore Funding Solutions, Vantiv, and RNG & Associates, where Joe played a pivotal role in team development and location expansion. Joe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing Management from Saint John's University.
