Kate Ponsiek

Kate Ponsiek is an experienced professional in sales training and development, currently serving as Manager of Sales Training and Development at Lendio since 2021, after holding positions as Senior Corporate Trainer and Corporate Trainer within the same company. Prior to Lendio, Kate worked as a Regional Sales Trainer at Ashley Furniture Homestores from January 2018 to December 2019, where responsibilities included developing and facilitating new hire curriculum in a KPI-driven environment. Earlier in the career, Kate was a Training and Development Specialist at AT&T from November 2011 to February 2017, focusing on training and coaching retail sales consultants while maintaining company goals in a competitive market. Kate holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Musical Theatre Performance from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
