Since joining Lendlease in 2006, Tom has held a variety of positions within the group, and in 2016 was appointed to his current role where he is responsible for all areas of finance including strategy, investment, business performance, and compliance.
Prior to this, Tom held the role of Executive Director, Investment and Development at the for Barangaroo South project in Sydney. He was responsible for the commercial aspects of the project including structuring and negotiation of funding arrangements, leasing and other commercial arrangements on the project.
Tom has more than 13 years’ experience in property, including five years with PwC as financial adviser to both the public and private sectors. Tom holds a Bachelor of Business (majors in Accounting and Finance) from the University of Technology Sydney.
