Vincent Chung currently serves as the Head of People Systems and Analytics at Lendlease, a position held since June 2022, and also holds the title of Head of People & Culture Systems. Prior to this, Vincent was the Executive Manager of HR Technology at Commonwealth Bank from June 2019 to June 2022, overseeing HR systems and technology services. Vincent’s experience includes serving as Senior IT Project Manager for HR System Implementation at APRA, where the HR Systems Implementation project was delivered, and as Head of Global Platforms for HR and Collaboration at QBE Insurance, successfully completing a Workday implementation. Vincent began a lengthy career at Macquarie Group, serving as Associate Director and Head of Technology for HR, before starting as an IT Consultant at Accenture, leading ERP implementation projects. Vincent holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering with Honours from the University of New South Wales.
