Rob Brichler

Rob Brichler has worked in various leadership roles throughout their career. Rob started as an ITLP in GE Aviation's Information Technology Leadership Program in 2009. After that, they served as a Program Manager and NTI Leader in Digital Solutions at GE Aviation, where they led the introduction of new technologies and played a key role in the development of GE Aviation's customer portal.

In 2015, Rob joined Systems Evolution, Inc. as a Consultant, where they provided business and technology consulting services to local clients.

In 2016, they moved to Axcess Financial, where they served as the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Software Engineering. Rob successfully established an Agile delivery organization and improved production deployment frequency.

Currently, they are serving as the Chief Technology Officer of Lendly, LLC. In this role, Rob leads the technology team and is responsible for product development, software development, operations, data management, and business analytics. Rob has also designed and implemented an enterprise data program and has led multiple initiatives to refresh existing products and create minimum viable products (MVPs) for new ones. Additionally, they have established technology processes and standards for cloud development, vendor selection and integration, and resource management.

Alongside their work at Lendly, LLC, Rob is also the Founder and CTO of Vivid Tech Services, LLC.

Rob Brichler attended The Ohio State University from 2004 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering.
