Hani Almahjoub

Hani Almahjoub is an experienced professional in organizational development and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Organizational Development and Performance at Lendo since April 2025. Prior to this role, Hani has been a freelance Human Resources Consultant since December 2023, specializing in performance monitoring and human capital strategy. Hani's career at the Saudi Central Bank – SAMA spanned from January 2014 to March 2024, where key roles included Senior Talent Management Specialist, Training and People Development Specialist, and Qualification Exam Designer. Hani's early career involved positions as Executive Manager at Sinmar Medical Clinic and Project Manager at ALKAFFARY GROUP. Hani holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on International Business Management from King AbdulAziz University.
