Caroline Goonewardena has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Caroline started their career in 2004 at Lloyds Banking Group as a Secured Administrator, where they processed secured loans and championed efficiency within the team. Caroline later took on the role of Credit Control Analyst, supporting the bank's strategy in recovering income on distressed assets and leading a separate Admin Support Function for a high-profile deleverage project. In 2015, Caroline worked part-time as a Box Office Assistant at Hoxton Square Bar and Kitchen, handling ticket sales and cash management. Caroline also held a part-time role as a Merchandise Assistant at Ministry of Sound, promoting and selling merchandise to customers. In 2017, Caroline joined Lendscape, initially as a Business Support Analyst and currently as a Business Consultant.
Caroline Goonewardena attended Liverpool John Moores University from 1998 to 1999, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences. Subsequently, from 2000 to 2008, Caroline enrolled at The Open University and earned another Bachelor's degree in Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies, General.
