Paul Roughan has over 20 years of experience in software development and support roles. Paul started their career as a Trainee Analyst Programmer at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd in 1997. In 1999, they joined HPD Software as a Software Developer and then progressed to a Senior Software Analyst Developer role. From 2011 to 2017, Paul worked as a Senior Software Support Analyst Developer at HPD Software. In 2018, they moved to HPD Lendscape and served as the Senior Software Support Analyst Developer and Team Leader. Currently, Paul holds the position of Squad Leader - Engineer Senior Analyst Developer at Lendscape, starting in 2020.
Paul Roughan completed their education with a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Information Systems from the University of Portsmouth in 1996-1997. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Historical Studies from the same university, graduating in 1995. Before attending the University of Portsmouth, Paul attended St. John's College Portsmouth from 1985 to 1992, although the degree and field of study during that time are unknown. In addition to their academic qualifications, they recently obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from the Scrum Alliance in October 2021.
