Brad Greiwe has served as Chief Executive Officer of Quarterra since 2023, leading the company’s strategic direction, operations, and long-term growth initiatives. Under his leadership, Quarterra is focused on redefining the future of multifamily living with a strong emphasis on affordability, resident engagement, production development, and sustainability. He brings a deep background in operational leadership, real estate investing, and technology innovation. In addition to his role at Quarterra, Brad is Co-Founder and Chairman of Fifth Wall, the largest and most active venture capital firm focused on real estate technology, with $3+ billion in assets under management. Prior to Quarterra and Fifth Wall, Brad Co-Founded Invitation Homes (NYSE: INVH), a leading single-family rental platform originally backed by The Blackstone Group. As Chief Technology Officer, he built and implemented the company’s proprietary technology infrastructure, helping to scale operations to over 110,000+ professionally managed homes across 16 U.S. markets. Brad started his career at UBS in the real estate, lodging, and leisure investment banking group. He then worked in real estate private equity at Tishman Speyer and Starwood Capital. Brad holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Harvard University. He is originally from Cincinnati and currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina.
