Drew Holler

Drew Holler serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Lennar and has held advisory roles at Jobcase, Inc. and WorkStep. Previously, Drew was Senior Vice President at Walmart, overseeing both the People Partner to the COO and Associate Experience divisions, as well as the Vice President of People Innovation. Drew holds an MBA in General Business from the New York Institute of Technology and a BS in Business Administration from John Brown University.
