Jodi Lester

Jodi Lester is a seasoned operations manager and freelance designer with a diverse background in the real estate and interior design industries. Currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at Lennar since August 2023, Jodi previously held key positions at Modsy, including Senior Operations Manager and Design Operations Manager, where responsibilities included managing a team of 12 designers and scaling departmental operations. With experience as a Senior Real Estate Designer, Jodi oversaw project management and quality control for virtual model home styling. Additional roles include Partnership Stylist for Crate & Barrel and CB2, Residential Realtor at Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, and Store Manager at Entourage Clothing & Gifts. Jodi is educated at Bellevue University and the Academy of Art University.
