Seth Amigo

Seth Amigo is a seasoned professional in data analytics and business analytics with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Data Analytics at Lennar since January 2022, Seth previously held the position of Director of Business Analytics at UKG from August 2020 to December 2021. Prior to that, Seth worked at Ultimate Software from February 2014 to August 2020, progressing from Manager to Senior Manager of Strategic Analytics. Seth's career began at Kaplan, where responsibilities included Manager of Student Finance and Process Improvement Analyst from August 2008 to February 2014. Educationally, Seth holds a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Human Resource Management from Appalachian State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida State University.
