Jessica Johnston is a seasoned professional in Ethics and Compliance, currently serving as Sr. Manager at Lennox International since January 2013. In this role, Jessica promotes a culture of integrity by ensuring compliance with US Federal Sentencing guidelines, leading the refresh of the company's Code of Business Conduct, and developing comprehensive training programs for a global workforce of 12,000 employees. Previous positions held include Manager and Supervisor in Ethics & Compliance, as well as roles in legal support at Conquest eDiscovery, LLC, and Jones Day. Jessica holds a B.A. in Latin American Studies from The University of Texas at Austin, complemented by an academic exchange at Universitat d'Alacant.
