Oscar Chang

Oscar Chang is an experienced technical specialist and account manager with a strong background in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Technical Specialist and CXE Supervisor at Lenovo since October 2021, Oscar evaluates and creates strategies to support channel account managers in product positioning. Prior to this, Oscar worked at Tech Data as a Senior Strategic Account Manager, focusing on sales project management and business relationship development. Oscar's experience also includes roles at HP and Concentrix, where skills in technical support and customer service were honed. Oscar possesses a comprehensive educational background with degrees in systems engineering and software engineering from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica and Universidad Cenfotec, as well as a degree in Social Communication and Public Relations from American College.
