Kyle Phillips

Kyle Phillips is a dynamic sales professional with extensive experience in the medical sales industry. Currently serving as a Specialty Sales Representative at LENZ Therapeutics since June 2025, Kyle previously held multiple roles at Sightpath Medical from March 2016 to June 2025, including Sales Development Manager and Senior Account Executive, focusing on the South and Northeast regions. Prior to that, Kyle was an Account Specialist at LabCorp from July 2012 to February 2016, where significant contributions led to a departmental growth of 49% and recognition as the number one division for new business in 2013.
