A civil engineer by profession, Mahdi has more than 27 years of experience in both the private and public sectors in the United States and abroad. He joins LEO A DALY from the Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council, where he was the construction and projects manager responsible for directing several large-scale projects, including the master planning, design, construction and delivery of more than 14,000 Emirati homes and related infrastructure and community facilities. Previously, he served as a senior transportation engineer for the Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning in Doha, Qatar.
