Sandra Feilman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in commercial transformation and strategic leadership. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at LEO Pharma, Sandra leads complex projects and partners with the Board of Directors and Executive Global Leadership team to drive commercial optimization and cultural transformation. Previously, Sandra held the position of Senior Director, Commercial Business Transformation at Radiometer, where Sandra was the Executive Sponsor for a major digital transformation project and led various business units, achieving significant sales growth and operational excellence. Sandra's career also includes roles at Boston Scientific, Medtronic Europe, and PwC Consulting, complemented by an MBA and MSc from Copenhagen Business School, specializing in Strategy and Marketing, as well as International Marketing and Management.
