Thomas Lisborg

Thomas Lisborg is an experienced EHS professional with a strong background in environmental and health safety management spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an EHS specialist at LEO Pharma since March 2019, Thomas focuses on the continuous development of environmental and energy management within production and utility sectors. Previous roles include EHSE Coordinator at Novo Nordisk, where responsibilities encompassed biopharm EHS coordination and project management, as well as EHS Manager at Axellia Pharmaceuticals ApS. Thomas also held the position of Miljøleder/HSE manager at Forsvaret, focusing on environmental and occupational safety management, and gained experience in environmental coordination at Solum Gruppen and consultant roles at KL. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Environmental Management from DTU and a Master’s degree in Biology from Syddansk Universitet, supplemented by ISO14001 lead auditor certification.
