Sayani Nag

Sayani Nag is a seasoned professional in AI strategy and analytics with extensive experience across leading companies. Currently serving as a Principal AI Consultant at Thought Leaders' Circle 3AI since April 2024, and previously as the Head of AI Strategy & Analytics at Leobrix from October 2024 to January 2025, Sayani has held significant roles in various organizations. At Flipkart, from February 2022 to June 2024, as the Director of Analytics, Sayani led a large team in implementing predictive analytics interventions in supply chain management, notably developing a node-wise TAT breach model. Prior experience includes serving as the Head of Analytics for the Retail Value Chain (AVP) at Aditya Birla Group from February 2018 to February 2022, where strategic initiatives were driven to enhance operational efficiency and revenue growth in fashion retail and textile manufacturing. Sayani holds an M. Sc. in Economics and a B.Sc. (Honours) in Economics from The University of Burdwan.
