Prior to that, they worked at Siemens AG in various roles, including Project Director Human Resources in the Healthcare division and Senior Specialist in Human Resources in China. Michael started their career as a Management Trainee at Siemens AG, specializing in power generation. Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated expertise in project management, HR business partnering, international HR management, HR planning, assessment, recruiting, compensation and benefits, retention, HR governance, consulting, and team management. Overall, they have a proven track record of successfully driving HR initiatives and supporting business objectives.
Michael Lueth attended the University of Applied Science, Flensburg, Germany and Thailand from 1995 to 2000. Michael completed their Master's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in HR Management.
