Harald Nippel

Harald Nippel is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles, primarily as Chief Financial Officer across various organizations. Currently serving as CFO at LEONI since April 2022, Nippel previously held similar positions at KraussMaffei Gruppe, Magna Powertrain Bad Homburg GmbH, ixetic GmbH, and Böwe Systec, where responsibilities included driving international growth, managing organizational change, and overseeing significant financial operations. Nippel’s career also includes a role as CFO for the Aerospace division of Schaeffler KG, managing multiple legal entities and substantial sales figures. Prior experience includes a Vice President position at FAG Group, focusing on corporate controlling functions. Nippel holds a Doctor's Degree in Controlling and Logistics from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Technische Universität Darmstadt.
