Mahmoud Hafez

Mahmoud Hafez currently serves as the Head of Operational Excellence for LEONI in Egypt since July 2014, overseeing the Operational Excellence organization to meet defined objectives and KPIs. In previous roles at LEONI, Mahmoud held positions including Head of Plant for Malosiste, where responsibilities included people management, budget oversight, continuous improvement implementation, and compliance with safety regulations. Other roles encompassed leadership in product sections for Mercedes Benz, ensuring cost efficiency and quality performance, as well as a background in production management and engineering. Prior to LEONI, Mahmoud worked as a Maintenance Engineer at Norpetco. Mahmoud Hafez earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Helwan University Cairo from 2007 to 2012.
