Michael Kovacs

Michael Kovacs CPIM serves as the Global Head of IT Production Solutions at LEONI since November 2017. Prior to this role, Michael held various leadership positions including Senior ERP Project Manager at Advantage Engineering, where responsibilities included managing Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation and facilitating Lean activities. Michael also served as Director of Project Management at Innovative Consulting Group, Inc., and Vice President of Operations at Advantage Engineering, focusing on business turnaround strategies. Earlier experience includes positions as COO at Sioux Steel, driving cost reductions and a significant increase in EBITDA, and Director of Supply Chain Management at Accucaps Limited, contributing to achieving key certifications. Michael's career began as a consultant and training program developer at VMT, and progressed through roles in supply chain and production supervision at QSS, a Toyota-owned company. Michael's educational background includes degrees from Brock University and St. Clair College.
