Michele Retondo has extensive experience in human resources, with over two decades in various roles at Leopardo Construction since March 2000, progressing from Human Resource Coordinator to Senior Human Resource Manager. Prior to this, Michele served as Supervisor of Technical Administration at Chicago White Metal Casting Inc. from 1987 until March 2000. Michele holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Studies, focusing on Organizational Development and Human Resources, from Aurora University, attended from 1999 to 2002, and has additional educational background from Benedictine University.
