Jovana Sterjovska has a diverse work experience in different roles and organizations. Jovana started their career as an Intern at American Corner Tetovo, US Embassy Macedonia in 2013, followed by a role as a Trainer at the European Commission. In the same year, they also worked as a Content Writer at Maximum Marketing. In 2013, they joined LEORON Institute and held various positions, including International Training Consultant, Senior Training Consultant - Team Leader, Senior Advisor - Learning and Development Solutions, and Head Advisor - Learning and Development Solutions. Jovana currently holds the position of Associate Director, Learning and Development Solutions at LEORON Institute.
Jovana Sterjovska has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Faculty of Economics, University "Ss. Cyril and Methodius". Jovana also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English Language and Literature from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University, Blaze Koneski Faculty of Philology. In addition to their formal education, Jovana has obtained several certifications in areas such as leadership, project management, customer-centric marketing, and human resources management. Jovana is currently pursuing a Diploma of Education in Human Resources Management and Services from CIPD Qualifications, which is expected to be completed in 2024.
