Daniel Dahlqvist currently serves as the Group COO at Leo’s since March 2019, following a tenure as COO of Sweden for Espresso House Group from October 2012 to March 2019, where responsibilities included enhancing business growth through operational optimization. Prior experience includes roles as COO and District Manager in Denmark and Oslo at Kaffeexperten & Son AB, which Daniel co-founded in 2008. Military service in the Swedish Armed Forces involved multiple positions, including Specialist Officer and Quartermaster for the Nordic Battle Group. Daniel holds a Kandidatexamen in Marknadsekonom from IHM Business School and has completed a Specialist Officer program at Försvarshögskolan.

Leos Lekland is the largest and most visited playcenter chain in the Nordics. The company is in an expansive phase and expects to establish 6-10 new playcenters annually, the goal is 100 playcenters in 2025.
