Randall Chien

Randall Chien has a diverse range of work experience. Randall is currently working as a Human Resources Generalist at Leotek Electronics USA LLC, where they manage the employee life cycle and supports the implementation of corporate-wide policies and initiatives. Randall provides coaching, training, and counseling to employees and resolves HR issues.

Prior to this, Randall worked as an Undergrad Course Assistant at the University of California, Santa Cruz, where they provided assistance with undergraduate courses.

Randall also has experience as an Operations Analyst at AINOSCO America Inc., where they were responsible for purchasing and monitoring computer equipment and coordinating with manufacturers in case of equipment failure.

Additionally, Randall worked as an Operation Assistant at Dharma Drum Mountain San Francisco Bay Area Center, where they handled front desk service, event planning, and donation processes.

Lastly, they worked as a Museum Experience Representative at the Asian Art Museum, where they provided visitors with exhibition and museum information and ensured a positive visitor experience.

Randall Chien's education history begins in 2016 when they obtained their high school diploma from Carlmont High School. Randall then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics, with a specialization in Public Policy, at the University of California, Davis from 2017 to 2021. Following that, they completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Applied Economics and Finance at the University of California, Santa Cruz from 2021 to 2022.

In terms of additional certifications, Randall earned the Foundations of Project Management certification from Google in June 2023. Additionally, they obtained the Project Initiation: Starting a Successful Project certification, also from Google, in June 2023.
