Deepak Nandwani has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Deepak began their career as a Senior Programmer at Computer Catalyst & Analyst in 1994 and worked there until 1998. Deepak then joined Staffing Solutions (India) Pvt. Ltd. as a Programmer and System Analyst from 1998 to 2000. Following that, they worked as a Programmer/Analyst at Neotech Systems Inc./ Mighty Computers Inc. in California from 2000 to 2002. In 2003, Deepak joined SSI Technologies as a Team Leader for a brief period before becoming a Project Manager at Satyam Computers from 2003 to 2009. Deepak served as the Program Delivery Manager at SOMA Networks from 2009 to 2010 and then as the Director of PMO at Xalted Information Systems Pvt. Ltd. from 2010 to 2012. Currently, Deepak holds the position of Program & Delivery Head at Lepton Software Export & Research (P) Ltd. starting from 2013.
Deepak Nandwani received their education from multiple institutions. In 1989, they enrolled at Delhi University where they pursued their undergraduate studies, earning a graduate degree but without any specified field of study. In 1993, they attended NIIT in Delhi, where they completed a Professional Diploma in Software Technology & Systems Management, further specializing in the field of Information Technology. Deepak then enrolled at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (IIM Calcutta) from 2007 to 2008, where they studied Leadership and Strategy as part of the PLAM (Program on Leading and Managing). In addition to their formal education, Deepak Nandwani obtained a certification in "Leading with a Growth Mindset" from LinkedIn in January 2022.
