Shannon Pierce

Shannon Pierce is the National Practice Leader for Forensics and a Director at Lerch Bates Inc., having transitioned from Pie Consulting & Engineering, which is now fully integrated into Lerch Bates as of January 2022. With extensive experience in forensic structural engineering, Shannon previously held the position of Director and Project Manager at Pie Consulting & Engineering from July 2016 to January 2022. Prior to that, Shannon served as a Senior Project Manager at Pie Consulting & Engineering and a Professional Engineer at Mattson Macdonald Young, Inc., where design and management of various structural projects were key responsibilities. Shannon began the engineering career as an Engineer at J C Baur & Associates. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
