Heather Thompson

Heather Thompson, M.S., has over 12 years of management experience as a Manager at Lerner, Sampson & Rothfuss, overseeing more than 60 team members. Prior experience includes working as a Reservation Representative at Delta Air Lines from March 1998 to May 2004, where responsibilities involved handling nationwide airline reservations and providing excellent customer service. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Executive Leadership and Organizational Change obtained from Northern Kentucky University between 2014 and 2016 and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the same institution completed in 2001.
