Guillaume Vanoverschelde

Guillaume Vanoverschelde is a finance leader with extensive experience in various executive roles across multiple companies. Currently, Guillaume serves as the CFO and Performance & Finance Leader at Leroy Merlin in Adeo South Africa since December 2021. Prior to this, Guillaume held the position of Group Financial Controlling Director at ADEO from May 2015 to December 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing monthly reporting, budgeting, and advising executive teams on strategic performance. Guillaume also has significant experience as a Group CFO at Flash Europe International, MOSAIC - Ariane Group, and DELBARD - Ariane Group, contributing to M&A and strategic development initiatives. Early career roles included a CFO position at DECATHLON France and project management at Ernst & Young. Academically, Guillaume is qualified with a Diploma in Accountancy and Financial and has undergone chartered accountant and auditor training.
