Brett Hone

Brett Hone is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Technical Support Manager at Les Olson IT, where responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of the Managed Service Provider Help Desk. As the Founder and Game Designer at PineAppleTree Games, Brett focuses on creating unique family-friendly tabletop experiences, with the flagship game, Lapidary Legends, in development. Previously, Brett held several managerial roles at Nu Skin Enterprises, overseeing global service desk operations and endpoint management, as well as providing comprehensive support as a Service Desk Supervisor and Tier III Senior Technician. Brett's career began at Teleperformance, holding positions from Help Desk Tier II Supervisor to Trainer and Dell technical support agent. Brett holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Utah Valley University.
