Timothy Byrnes

Timothy Byrnes is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Director of Operations for Special Events at Lessing's Hospitality Group since February 2025. Previously, Timothy held the position of VP of Operations in Florida for Creative Edge Parties, overseeing operations across Florida and New York markets from June 2022 to June 2025. Timothy advanced to Director of Event Management at Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa from December 2019 to October 2022, managing high-profile events and teams across multiple departments. A lengthy tenure at The Breakers Palm Beach spanned from September 2008 to June 2019, during which Timothy progressed from Banquet Manager to Director of Banquet Operations, leading large teams to execute significant events. Early professional experiences include internships at W Hotels and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. Timothy holds a BS in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
