Pavel Dik, PhD, is a seasoned analytics professional currently serving as Lead Analyst at Lesta Games since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Data Analyst at Flo Health Inc., focusing on marketing analytics for mobile applications, and at Wargaming.net, where publishing analytics and KPI forecasting were key responsibilities. Pavel also contributed to data analysis at A1 Беларусь and served as Assistant Professor of Psychology at Belarusian State University, teaching over 60 students in General and Medical Psychology courses. Pavel holds a PhD in Health Psychology and an MSc in Biophysics from Belarusian State University.
