Neha Sand is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and consulting, currently serving as Head of Operations and Group Executive for People at Letsema Consulting & Advisory since January 2017. Neha has held several roles within Letsema, including Engagement Manager and Senior Consultant. Prior to Letsema, Neha worked as a Senior Consultant at Impact Strategy Consulting from September 2014 to April 2016, where responsibilities included designing and delivering strategic advice to diverse clients. Neha's earlier career at Towers Watson spanned nearly nine years, culminating as Head of Operations for the Research and Analytical Services division in Delhi, where team and talent management were significant focuses. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts Hons in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College for Women.
