James Carter is an accomplished Electrical Engineer with extensive experience in various engineering roles. Currently serving as Electrical Engineer III at Leupold & Stevens, Inc. since February 2005, James has designed multiple Illuminated Reticles and developed a 905nm Laser Rangefinder. Prior to this, James worked as a Sr. Electrical Engineer at Hinds Instruments, leading a team through the ATLAS project and programming embedded systems. Early career positions included Hardware Engineer roles at Teradyne and Cabletron, and Design Engineer at NeuroMetrix, contributing to the development of innovative biomedical devices. James holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Boston University and degrees in Optometry and History/Economics.
