Rick Solomon has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Rick started their career in 2008 as a Continuous Improvement/Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Zodiac Aerospace, where they implemented lean principles and led kaizen events across multiple divisions. Rick then worked at Medtronic as a Value Stream Manager, overseeing the Hydrocephalus Shunt value streams and leading a successful transformation project. After that, they joined Seymour Duncan as a New Product Development Manager, responsible for managing the life cycle of over 700 musical instrument products and leading cross-functional projects. Currently, they are the Director of Manufacturing Operations at Leupold & Stevens, Inc.
Rick Solomon received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara in 2008.
