Ryan Sprouls currently serves as the Director of Account Management at Lev, a role commenced in December 2024, focusing on the integration of real-time lender data and AI to enhance financing processes for sponsors and brokers. Previously, Ryan spent over four years at VTS, progressing from Senior Client Advisor to Senior Manager of Customer Success, where responsibilities included building a customer success team for a substantial client base and developing strategic OKRs and partnerships. Prior experience also includes leading transactions in the biopharma sector at Cushman & Wakefield and various analytical and marketing roles at organizations such as Vornado Realty Trust, Citi, and the Pew Research Center. An educational background includes a Master's degree in Real Estate from NYU and a Bachelor's degree in English and Government from Georgetown University.
