A fully vertically integrated real estate firm, Levcor possesses in-house leasing, property management and construction management services, all while owning and operating its assets. The firm works with institutional and private investors alike, with its equity investors having included family offices, public pensions, real estate investment firms and high net worth individuals. In addition, Levcor has fostered strong, longstanding relationships with nationally recognized retail tenants, financial institutions and local market players.

Over the course of its 40-year operating history, the firm has acquired, developed and managed approximately 20 million square feet in commercial real estate, primarily focusing on Southwest and Southeast US markets.
