Erin Terry is an experienced professional in the fields of learning design and education, currently serving as an Enablement Partner, Performance at Level Access since November 2022. Previously, Erin held several positions at Ease Learning from 2011 to November 2022, including Learning Programs and Talent Development Manager and Technical Accessibility Training Consultant, demonstrating expertise in overseeing higher education program development and leading successful learning design teams. Prior experience includes a position at Lawrence Public Schools from 2006 to 2012, recognized as a Rising Star Teacher of the Year Finalist and serving as a Grade Level Team Lead. Erin holds a Master of Education from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Fitchburg State University.
