Maurice Brunt

Maurice Brunt currently holds the position of Head of Account Management at Level AI, starting in January 2025. Prior to this, Maurice served as the Enterprise & Strategic Account Management Leader at Highspot from March 2022 to November 2024. Maurice's extensive experience in customer success began at DocuSign as Senior Director, where a criteria-based Customer Success Management function was built and launched, supporting over $400MM in ARR. Maurice has also held senior roles at Cheetah Digital, Oracle, Responsys, Acxiom, Digital Impact, VSP, and Post Communications/Netcentives/YesMail, demonstrating a strong track record in customer success, account management, and team leadership across various technology and digital marketing sectors. Maurice earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Sonoma State University.
