Mitchell Reay

Mitchell Reay is a highly experienced professional in the field of operational analytics, currently serving as the Director of Operational Analytics at LevelTen Energy since October 2017. In this role, Mitchell oversees analytics models that support core products, acts as a knowledge expert on renewable energy valuations, and collaborates with various teams to define analytics-focused projects. Previous positions at LevelTen include Senior Manager of Operational Analytics and Manager of Energy Modeling and Data Science, where responsibilities included developing Monte Carlo pricing models, conducting statistical analyses, and explaining complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. Prior to joining LevelTen, Mitchell was a Teacher Assistant at the University of Washington and led the Mellophone section of the Husky Marching Band, demonstrating strong leadership and instructional capabilities. Mitchell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from the University of Washington.
