Heather Lukens

Heather Lukens has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Heather is currently working as a Senior Solutions Architect at Lev since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Traction on Demand, where they held multiple positions including Senior Business Solutions Consultant, Lead Business Solutions Consultant, and Business Solutions Consultant (Cloud Technologist) from September 2019 to February 2022. Before joining Traction on Demand, Heather worked at RR Donnelley as a Junior SFMC Implementation Consultant, where they guided clients through their transition to and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Heather also has experience working at Cleveland State University as a Coordinator of Continuing Education Systems, where they provided systems administration support and assistance for users of the CampusCE student information system. Heather'sresponsibilities included records maintenance, process management, data integrity, and system maintenance. Additionally, Heather worked as a Public Inquiries Assistant at Cleveland State University. Heather started their career as an Assistant Event Coordinator at BCD Meetings & Events, where they coordinated public courses, customer events, corporate meetings, and large-scale events. Heather managed email campaigns, coordinated between multiple stakeholders, and handled logistics for these events.

Heather Lukens graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising and Public Relations, with a concentration in AdFed/PRSSA, from Point Park University in 2011. Heather is currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration degree at Cleveland State University, with a focus on Accounting and Finance, starting in 2016. Additionally, Heather has obtained several certifications from Salesforce, including Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) in March 2021, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant in April 2019, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist in July 2018.
