Justin Kirby began their work experience in 2015 at Salesforce, where they held the role of Tier 2 Success Agent Developer Services. During their time there, they provided Tier 2 assistance to customers and worked on various internal projects, including creating YouTube videos for the Salesforce channel. In 2019, Justin joined Lev as a Solution Architect, and later became a Senior Solutions Architect in April 2021.
Justin Kirby attended Indiana University Bloomington from 2009 to 2012, where they studied Computer Science. Justin did not obtain a degree during their time at the university. In January 2019, Justin obtained the Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification from Salesforce.
